High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Prior office experience is preferred.
Once hired, obtain, and maintain certification to fill propane Must have excellent organizational skills.
Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the following areas:
Take reservations and register overnight campground guests in person, over the phone or by email.
Create forecasts, manages inventory, prepares needed reports timely.
Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.
Input customer data into customer management system.
Provide customers with company information, resort hours, and answer general questions.
Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying.
Fill propane bottles and motor-home propane tanks Other duties assigned by management.
Distribute messages to guests and new upcoming event flyers Light cleaning of office Reliable and strong work ethic.
Professional appearance is a must.
Able to walk, stand, and sit for periods of time to inspect the RV Park.
Able to work independently.
Work shifts may include weekends and holidays.
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
The position requires work indoors and outdoors.
The weather varies with the season, from quite warm to cold and snowy conditions.
Must be able to stand, walk and sit throughout the entire shift.
Must be able to work in an environment with some loud background noise.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift.
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and oral cues.
