Accurately verify, input, and retrieve information with routine difficulty from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests, room rate, etc.
The successful PBX Operator / Reservations Agent candidate will be responsible for making appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.
Must be able to multi-task, and handle multiple calls at once.
Previous phone operating experience is a plus.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be 21 and able to obtain/maintain a Gaming Card.
Sat & Sun 7a-3p Mon, Tues, Wed 3-11p
