This is a full service casual diner restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provides profitable opportunities for strong performers in an environment that is friendly and fun.
Starting at $16.
00 per hour this is a Premium pay position at our location due to the hours which are from 10pm to 6am.
Any candidate we hire will be evaluated every 6 months for performance and attendance.
Perfect attendance and consistent fulfillment of job responsibilities will be rewarded with a $1.
00 increase each evaluation period.
This is a typical tipped server position with the added responsibility of working alone and handling cash and customer service needs.
Reliability along with the ability to work unsupervised are key elements of this position.
The Server's duties include serving, cash handling, takeout orders, answering phones, and guest relations.
The Graveyard server will also be in charge of ensuring that the dinning room and service areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
As there is normally down time on portions of these shifts, it is expected that the graveyard server helps with receiving and putting away deliveries in the early morning hours, helps with deep cleaning projects, and needed side work duties.
